Alexis Jackson, Chief Placemaker, with 20 years of community and economic development

experience. An AICP certified planner with a Master’s degree in Urban Planning. Worked

as a consultant helping cities with their needs along with Farmer’s Branch and Celina in

planning before becoming the Director of Economic Development in Celina helping

grow its downtown and small business focused development.

Jason Laumer, Chief Plangineer, with 16 years of direct city experience as City Engineer and Director of Development Services with the Town of Little Elm, Texas and City Manager in Celina, Texas. Worked as a consultant for several cities helping them with their challenges. Started GIS departments in both cities knowing how important data and information are to make decisions. Licensed professional Civil Engineer in the State of Texas.

Ogi Colakovic, Chief Innovator, and main contact with Cities on GIS related projects, has over 15 years of complex GIS and project management experience. Holds a Master's degree in GIS. Has worked for both the Town of Little Elm and Celina, Texas so he understands the needs of a city, but also holds commercial real estate experience from CBRE where he learned how to best present information and marketing as it relates to making information readable to the general public.
