Chief Placemaker, brings over 20 years of experience in community and economic development. She is an AICP-certified planner with a Master’s degree in Urban Planning. Alexis has served as a consultant supporting cities across Texas, including work with Farmers Branch and Celina, where she played a key role in planning initiatives. Before joining Civic Connection Group, she served as the Director of Economic Development for the City of Celina, where she led efforts to grow the downtown district and championed small business-focused development.  Chief Plangineer with 16 years of direct municipal experience, having served as City Engineer and Director of Development Services for the Town of Little Elm, Texas, and later as City Manager for the City of Celina. In both roles, he established GIS departments from the ground up, recognizing the critical role that accurate data and mapping play in effective decision-making. As a consultant, he has supported numerous cities in addressing complex development and infrastructure challenges. He is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Texas.

 Chief Innovator and primary point of contact for municipal GIS initiatives, bringing over 15 years of experience in advanced GIS and project management. Holds a Master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems. Has served both the Town of Little Elm and the City of Celina, Texas, providing a deep understanding of municipal operations and local government needs. Additionally, brings commercial real estate experience from CBRE, where he developed expertise in data presentation and public-facing information design to ensure complex information is clear, accessible, and effective for a broad audience
