Chief Placemaker, brings over 20 years of experience in community and economic development. She is an AICP-certified planner with a Master’s degree in Urban Planning. Alexis has served as a consultant supporting cities across Texas, including work with Farmers Branch and Celina, where she played a key role in planning initiatives. Before joining Civic Connection Group, she served as the Director of Economic Development for the City of Celina, where she led efforts to grow the downtown district and championed small business-focused development.  Chief Plangineer with 16 years of direct municipal experience, having served as City Engineer and Director of Development Services for the Town of Little Elm, Texas, and later as City Manager for the City of Celina. In both roles, he established GIS departments from the ground up, recognizing the critical role that accurate data and mapping play in effective decision-making. As a consultant, he has supported numerous cities in addressing complex development and infrastructure challenges. He is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Texas.

Chief Innovator, and main contact with Cities on GIS related projects, has over 15 years of complex GIS and project management experience. Holds a Master's degree in GIS. Has worked for both the Town of Little Elm and Celina, Texas so he understands the needs of a city, but also holds commercial real estate experience from CBRE where he learned how to best present information and marketing as it relates to making information readable to the general public.
